About this Position
We are looking for an on-site Customer Success Specialist for a 3-month contract, starting immediately.
Unlike a traditional customer success role, this position is primarily customer-facing and field-based. You will spend most of your time on-site at customer locations, ensuring successful product adoption, building strong relationships with end users, and acting as the bridge between our customers and our teams in Israel.
This is a highly independent role, ideal for someone who enjoys working in the field, takes initiative, and is comfortable operating with a high level of autonomy. You'll have the opportunity to help shape the Customer Success experience for our growing US customer base.
What You'll Do
- Serve as Lynxight's on-site representative at customer locations across the US.
- Build strong relationships with Lynxight’s clients.
- Support customers following system installation, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and successful product adoption.
- Conduct regular site visits and provide ongoing customer guidance and support.
- Proactively identify customer needs, resolve day-to-day challenges, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate valuable insights to the Product, Operations, and Leadership teams.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in Customer Success, Project Management, Account Management, or another customer-facing role.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Willingness to travel frequently throughout the United States.
- Availability for a 3-month assignment in the US starting immediately.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
